Welcome to Calculator Vault.

These Terms govern your use of the App.

By downloading or using Calculator Vault, you agree to these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use Calculator Vault for personal and lawful purposes.

Ownership of the App remains with the developer.

2. Intended Use

Calculator Vault is designed to securely store personal photos, videos, and supported files behind password protection.

The App is intended solely for lawful personal use.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Protect your vault password
  • Maintain access to your device
  • Use the App lawfully
  • Ensure you have legal rights to store all imported content

You are solely responsible for your vault contents.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer the App
  • Modify or redistribute the App
  • Circumvent security features
  • Use the App for illegal purposes
  • Store unlawful or infringing content
  • Interfere with App functionality

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos, videos, documents, and other files stored within Calculator Vault.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

Because files remain stored locally, you are responsible for maintaining backups if desired.

6. Security Features

Calculator Vault may support:

  • PIN protection
  • Password protection
  • Face ID
  • Touch ID
  • Secure albums

These features are intended to improve privacy but do not guarantee absolute protection against every possible security risk.

7. Password Recovery

If the App does not provide password recovery, forgotten passwords may result in permanent loss of access to encrypted vault content.

It is your responsibility to remember your password.

8. Software Updates

We may periodically release:

  • Security improvements
  • Performance enhancements
  • Bug fixes
  • New privacy features

Some updates may be required for continued use.

9. Advertising

If advertisements are displayed, they are provided by third-party advertising partners.

We are not responsible for products or services advertised by third parties.

10. In-App Purchases

If premium features or subscriptions are offered:

  • Payments are processed through Apple.
  • Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID.
  • Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies.

11. Disclaimer

Calculator Vault is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including:

12. Limitation of Liability

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important content.

  • Storage of unlawful or infringing content

  • Firebase Crashlytics
